Thank you for contacting my ads posted on craigslist,the apartment is available for the chosen dates (January 1st - 7th, 2017), the rate is reasonable and affordable $60/Night.The total for the rent will be $360 for the duration (6 nights), you will have to pay upfront 50% ($180) plus refundable security deposit of $200 = $380, All you need to pay to secure or hold the chosen dates will be $380 and you will receive the $200 security deposit during your departure time via cash.

Building Features:- It is located at: 5313 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140, United States, USA, CD Player & DVD Player, Iron & ironing board, Kitchen, Laundry Facilities, Microwave, pots, coffee maker,cookware, split samsung air conditioner, heater, Dryer, washer, Shower, Telephone,Television, wifi, Pets permitted, Parking garage, High speed internet ,Laundry service available.

APARTMENT STRUCTURE.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES.
To reserve your dates, you have to pay the deposit via Western Union, Money gram or Walmart Money Transfer, Let me know if you are ready to proceed with the payment, So i can send you the rental agreement and reservation form and you are to fill all field and sign, then scan and attach it to your mail and send it back to me with the payment receipt/confirmation.
You will meet me on your arrival so i can give you the keys to the unit and show you around.Once i hear from you i will forward you the agreement and booking form.
Let me know if you are okay with the terms,so i can forward you the contract form to fill, this will allow me to commences on the booking,hope to hear from you soon.


This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
