I am looking for interested occupant who knows the worth of what it takes to own a home. Either for a long or short term lease but preferably long term lease as I really want someone who needs a stable accommodation.
The address to the property is: 228 Waverley St, Palo Alto, CA 94301
A minimum of one year lease term is required. The rent for one year lease is $3000/month. The maximum lease term is three years. The rent is due first day of the every month and is considered late after 7th of the month. Rent includes water, sewer, trash utilities. Tenant pays Electric/Gas directly to PGE. First month and security deposit is required.
I once worked with a Realtor but I noticed he inflated the rent more than I expected, he was trying to extort people off their hard earned money and since I do not want anyone defrauded over my property, I took it upon myself to rent it out.
If you are interested in the house , I have attached the full interior pictures so you can have idea of how beautiful the inside is.
You are free to drop by the property once you are chanced and have a satisfying view on the property, once you are satisfied there is a rental application to be filled for consideration.
My Phone # is (424) 652-8607 you can either call or preferably send me a text
Regards,
Mark
This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
