TENANT VERIFICATION REQUEST BY AIRBNB AND INSTRUCTIONS
4 STEPS ON HOW TO GET VERIFIED AS A POTENTIAL TENANT
1. The Potential Tenant will deposit the security amount to Airbnb using OneVanilla Prepaid Card. OneVanilla Prepaid Card lets you enjoy the benefits of Airbnb without a credit card or bank account – avoid interest charges and bank fees. The deposit will remain locked at Airbnb until the Potential Tenant will meet the Host, inspect the apartment and takes a decision and only the Potential Tenant -Wilton Arellano- can unlock the funds. onevanilla1
2. After we receive and secure the deposit from the Potential Tenant, Airbnb will guarantee the tenant -Wilton Arellano- to any Host or Property Manager listed with Airbnb.
The Host involved in this agreement -Stacy Miller- will receive a letter of guarantee from Airbnb informing her that Airbnb is in possession of a deposit that represents the rent amount established by him regarding the property located at

The Host will be advised to meet and take all measures to complete the rental agreement.

3. The Potential Tenant will meet with the Host and inspect the property personally.
After the Potential Tenant inspects the property he must decide regarding the
completion of the rental agreement. The Potential Tenant has two options:
Sign the rental agreement and immediately Airbnb will transfer the deposit to the Host's bank account.
Does not sign the rental agreement and immediately Airbnb will return the deposit (the total amount of $1,500 without retaining any fees) to Potential Tenant (return time is no longer than 24 hours after receiving tenant's refund request).
ATTENTION: In both cases Airbnb will not unlock the deposit without the tenant's exact instructions. Only the Potential Tenant -Wilton Arellano- can access the funds.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEND THE DEPOSIT
The deposit must be sent through OneVanilla Prepaid Card we can guarantee you 100% protection and insurance in this transaction. For security reasons the OneVanilla Prepaid Card needs to be completed in person at any CVS pharmacy, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Dollar General, Freds, 7-Eleven etc. Go with cash, No Online or Credit Card and pick up OneVanilla Prepaid Visa or MasterCard from the Prepaid Product Section and take it to the register. The cashier will collect your cash and load it onto the OneVanilla Prepaid Card. It costs $4.95 or less. There are no hidden fees or charges. Just purchase your OneVanilla Prepaid Card, use cash to fund it and you're ready to go. You can add only up to $500.00 onto a OneVanilla Prepaid Card.
For your rental you need to buy 3 OneVanilla Prepaid Cards and load $500.00 on each.

4. Confirm the payment by replying to this email the following details from the payment receipt:
- OneVanilla Card Number (16 Digit Number Card front side)
- Expiration Date
- CVV (3 digits - Card back side)
*NOTE: Please be very careful to buy OneVanilla and NOT MyVanilla

Complete the verification of payment
Confirm the payment by sending an e-mail to Airbnb Financial Department with the following information:
Photo with the front and backside of OneVanilla Prepaid Cards (Attached)
To refuse and cancel the verification process, please send an e-mail with the subject "Cancellation #DE1622187" to Airbnb Customer Department
Once our Department will confirm the payment we will inform the Host that you are a verified tenant and the rental agreement can be completed.
