Thanks for the email you sent to my husband and he send your email to me. My husband owns the Flat, also want you to know that it was due to my husband's transfer that made us to leave the Flat and looking for a responsible person that can take very good care of it, we are not after the money for the rent (which is why is so low)but want to rent it out to a very clean and neat person and want it to be clean all the time.So for now,I am in Florida in the United States in our new home for a seminar and also I am with the keys and documents of the Flat since the agent we trusted let us down,so viewing won't be possible for now as we will never trust any agent nor realtor due to the bad experience we've once had.We don't want the Flat to be used any how in our absence that is why we took the keys and documents along with us here since my husband is also in West Africa for a mission for God's Work.I hope you will promise us to take very good care of the Flat which is what we are really looking for.So get back to me on how you could take good care of our Flat or perhaps experience you have in renting a home.Hope you are okay with the price per month with hydro,gas,electric,internet facilities,council tax all included in the monthly rent...View pictures in the attached files.I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible so that i can forward you an application to fill out and discuss on how to get the flat for rent.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
