Hi,
I am Juli, 25 years old female, I saw your ad on craigslist.com. I am writing to know if the space is still available for rent, I am interested and I will like you to get back to me with more details that are not included in the posted ad. I am looking for a place and I will be glad if you can write back with more details, the rent fee and every other expenses will be taken care of prior my arrival to the states, I am out of the states at the moment, so the payment will be sent to you prior my arrival. I will move in as soon as you can have the space available for me.
I would describe myself as easy going person, I travel a lot and meet different people everyday, I am used to living with other people, in other words, I can easily adapt to any kind of environment. I am originaly from Mexico, I speak Spanish and English, I have lived in the states for years. Is the room furnished and do you have any picture of the room that you could send me by e-mail? pictures or further details will be of help to me since I am not in the states at the moment to view the house in person.
