The requested unit is currently vacant and been locked up by me while I'm seeking to sub-lease it out for between 1 to 12 months. The apartment is a lovely 1br/1bath, fully furnished, cable TV, WiFi Internet, electricity, water, Parking with all the necessary equipment and appliances included are Dishwasher, Freezer, Garbage disposal, Microwave, Range / Oven, Refrigerator, Washer and this is inclusive all the bills too. I will be happy to lease the apartment to you for short/long term. I'm sorry I would not be available to show you the Apartment in person because my dad suffers from Dementia and he lives in Ohio. He has progressed a little more within the disease and sitters for elderly people are much harder to find that is why I had to relocate here to take care of him, till he gets better this is really a difficult hard time for me at the moment... I took some pictures of the unit before leaving and can show them to you to see if that's okay and I also have the keys and documents right here with me, So you can only view the unit from outside at the moment.
The rent, which includes all utilities is $800 per month. A Refundable damage deposit of $800 will be paid alongside the rent before you move in. I am interested in knowing your capability of funding the rent and taking care of my unit. Please let me know if you would still like to proceed to sub-lease the unit so I can send you the rental application form. Let me know if you need anything else.

This person, who goes by David Wayne, will email back and forth with you for a while, making you fill out a rental application form, and then a sublease agreement, and then once you have wired to money to his "landlord", who's bank account is under Alice Adele Crowe, he will cut off contact.
