Today i found and i react for a apartament to rent with all inclusive 500 euro in Marktplaats.nl.

The man send me the info (what and how to do) to my email:

The address of the apartment is: Weteringschans, 1017 XH Amsterdam, Netherlands. The place have all utilities that you need, including airconditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is included in the price of 500 EUR per month, also you must know that you have to pay me extra 500 EUR as a warranty fee, which will be full refunded when the rental contract ends. I am the only owner of the apartment.
I am renting the place because my son just finished the studies in Netherlands, and now he will come back in Poland to open a small business, so the place will be available since me and my family are based in Poland. I am sure you will have a greattime in our place !

I was thinking his offer is to nice and cheap to be legal.....

I do report his adv in Marktplaats.nl after i read on this site about SCAM RENTALS;
Im very scared this man is FAKE.

It is a scam.

Make sure you can physically go inside any rental and meet the landlord face to face prior to renting.
