Après votre disponibilité la visite aura lieu ce Jeudi à parti de 18.00 Heures .Lors de la visite et signature du contrat vous devez être en possession :

-Du dépôt d’un mois de loyer + 1 Mois de caution

-Être présent avec votre passeport ou pièce d’identité

Par rapport au paiement de la caution et du loyer ça se fera bien sur après la visite c'est-à-dire à la signature du bail et la remise des clés, car vous ne pourrez pas payer sans savoir si l'appartement vous conviendrait. Donc le paiement se fera à la signature du bail (Après votre accord suite à la visite de l’appartement) certes mais par un reçu de Transfert Money Gram

-Si je dis ça c'est parce que j'ai pris rendez-vous avez des intéressés malhonnêtes qui m'ont fait déplacer pour rien et d'autres n'avaient pas d'argent ou carrément d'autres ne venaient pas au rendez-vous. Je ne dis pas que vous êtes comme eux mais comprenez que je pars de PARIS (France ) pour venir, je laisse aussi mes affaires donc je ne veux pas me déplacer pour enfin ne voir personnes.

-En ce qui concerne le transfert Money Gram c'est très simple il vous suffira d'aller à succursale et de demander à faire un transfert Money Gram , au guichet on vous remettra une Fiche à remplir avec vos coordonnées ainsi que mes coordonnées et ensuite le montant. Après ils vous donneront un reçu imprimé sur lequel il y a un CODE de retrait encore appelé Mot de passe qui sert de base au retrait de l'argent que vous aurez à déposer chez eux alors comprenez donc qu'un transfert Money Gram n'a aucun engagement financier et tant que vous ne remettrez pas le reçu Money Gram ainsi que le CODE , personne à part vous ne pourra toucher à votre argent que vous aurez a déposé à la Money Gram comme garantie enfin de me prouver votre intérêt.

-Donc après avoir effectué le transfert vous garderez sur vous le reçu avec lequel vous viendrez au rendez-vous avec tous vos dossiers. Après la visite si l'appartement vous convient, on signe le bail et la remise des clés ainsi donc vous me laissez vos dossiers et aussi le reçu du transfert Money Gram pour que je puisse me rendre à mon tour à Money Gram pour effectuer le retrait.

-Mais dans le cas où l'appartement ne vous convient pas ce qui n'est même pas sûr car je sais ce que je dis, je vous rembourserai vos frais d'envoi du transfert puis vous retournez à Money Gram tout simplement faire le retrait de votre dépôt d'argent . Ainsi donc si cela vous convient répondez moi afin que je vous transmette mes coordonnés pour préparer le transfert à la succursale car ceci me prouvera tout au moins que vous cherchez véritablement un appartement à louer.
