Hi,
Thanks for your interest in our lovely home, we want responsible adults/family who are neat and also have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were theirs.. We will be very pleased if we have the opportunity in showing you around my house, The home is currently occupied but it will be move in ready by February 15th. I would like you to drive by the property and check out the neighborhood in the meantime to have a feel of it. This home is currently being enjoyed by another resident. Please respect their privacy and do not disturb!
Rental property address: 17117 125th Pl SE, Renton, WA 98058
The monthly rent is $1,350 and the refundable security deposit is $1,350 . The home is a 3 bed and 2 bath home. Pets are allowed and utilities (water, sewer, and trash only) are also included in the rent. Pets are also allowed in the home as long as they are home broken and their shots received regularly too.
I will be very happy to find the right tenant for my home; a person who does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt. I also would like to know more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long you intend to rent for and how soon you are thinking of moving in if everything goes well.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Warm regards,
Sean Wagner.

Hi
This is to acknowledge your e-mail and interest in renting my house.
With regard to your requested, the unit is available for short and long term lease. There is washer/dryer in the rental, central air conditioning and the rental is also pet friendly. So you can have the house reserved now for your move-in date if you wish.
Feel free to give me a call or shoot me a text should you have any questions whatsoever after taking a look and I would be more than happy to answer all your questions.
Kindly note that the rental market is very competitive at this time so the house is on high demand and if you are really interested in becoming a potential tenant, I strongly advise that you put in an application ASAP if the rental meets your demands after taking a look at it. You are also free to make a reservation in order to secure it now so as not to lose it to other prospective tenants who are also in contact.
Lease plan available:
- First and/or last month's rent with a refundable security deposit (minimum of 6 months lease)
- Multiple rents payments also attract some form of discounts such as 10%, 15% or 20% discount depending on the number of upfront rental payment upon approval of a rental application. However, this option is NOT mandatory but optional depending on the circumstances.
I shall forward you the application documents once you indicate your interest to formally apply for the home if you are satisfied with it after driving by. I await your earliest response so that we can proceed. I am 100% confident that you will like the house because the pictures represent the present condition of the house, both inward and outward.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Warm regards,
Sean Wagner.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
