Please email me only in English because I has born and raise in UK, I DON'T speak Slovak.

My name is Diana Serren and I just got an e-mail regarding your interest in my apartment located in Landererova, Bratislava I - Staré Mesto (Bratislava).
I am looking for someone to rent my flat inherited from my grand-mother. I am the single owner, the apartment is fully paid and there is no legal problem. The apartment is unoccupied since I no longer live there.
I want to rent my apartment to some nice and responsible persons, so I would like to know more details about yourself : How old are you, if you are married, if you have a pet, if you have a car, occupation, for how long you want to rent my apartment etc..

In addition to the rest, here is some information about myself and about the apartment, so we get to know a little more:

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and equipped with everything you need, has been recently renovated.
The rent per month is 300 Euro with All Utilities Included (water, electricity, internet, cable ).

About me, I am 49 years old and I am a researcher in pharmaceutical products, currently living in London, my home town. I'm in London, United Kingdom but I already though at a solution so you can get the keys and visit the apartment to make an impression.

The thing, is that I'm currently in United Kingdom and for the moment I cannot come in person to show you the apartment. However, I hope this will not change your intentions to rent my apartment because we can do the transaction through Airbnb (http://www.airbnb.com/trust). I think you already know how the transaction through them goes, but to avoid any misunderstanding I will gladly explain you step by step how the viewing procedure works.
To reserve the apartment through Airbnb, I will need your personal details (name, address, phone number) to prepare the rental agreement. Once I have these details, I will proceed with the transaction and make all arrangements with Airbnb for an inspection. They will send you an invoice and further information regarding the rental, along with payment instructions to secure the booking. The deposit consists of one rental month and the security deposit of 300 Euro(this deposit will be refunded and the end of the lease agreement) and is just to reserve the apartment and not a commitment. You have full payment control until you will check the apartment.
After you secure the booking, an inspection time will be settled and the Airbnb agent will come to show you the apartment and help you with all the formalities so you can move in.
I'm quite confident you will like the apartment, but if by any reason you would like to cancel the transaction or you don't like the apartment, Airbnb will refund all your money. Also, in case you're tied up in another contract and cannot move in immediately, we can arrange the viewing now, and reserve the apartment for you. If you are ready to reach an agreement, please let me know your details.
