Hello,
the 2 bedrooms was own by my mother but am the one in charge of
the apartment because i was the one living in the flat before i left
for UK where i work and my Mum owns the Apartment.

The 2 bedroom apartment well equipped ,furnished and
with internet wireless and communications access, the equipment such as
electronics,cooker,drier,anger ,refrigerator,chairs,gas
cooker,internet,washing machine,dryer.

The monthly rent for the whole apartment is 1000euro and a
security deposit of 600euro which is refundable if you do not damage
any of my properties in my Flat, while your stay there.because if you
do make any damages the money of the damages will be deducted from the
security deposit while the rest will be refund back to you and if you
do not make any damages then the whole amount of the money will be
refunded back to you.,the purpose of the deposit is just for security
reason but if you are interested in renting a single room the rent is
500 euros and also you ll pay for the security deposit and there ll be
CAF available.

24 rue Saint Séverin 75005 Paris.The apartment`s interior includes a
living area with a bed for two people, an "American"-style kitchen,
and a bedroom with a bed comfortable for two people.and a wireless
connection is sure to keep you connected whether you are researching
the local historical sites, checking your e-mail,and the subway is
Saint Michel,This apartment is centrally located, within short and
easy walking distance of many market streets, restaurants, metro
stations, shopping boutiques, and many historic and religious sites
can be reached on foot. (100 m from the Seine and Notre Dame
Cathedral, not far from Le Louvre Museum and Saint Germain des Pres).

Urgency really matters since i talk to so many people concerning
the rooms, because a lot of people had already waste my time on the
apartment this is why i need someone who can be bale to make
commitment on the apartment so i can be sure that you really love to
rent the apartment because i don't want to waste my time and money
over to Paris and come to negative answers like others and i really
don't want to waste your time either so i think you ll understand me
better on this hope to read from you soon and you ll find the attached
pictures of the apartment with the mail hope to read from you soon

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
