I came here with my family and It was due to my husband transfer thats we left the apartment and also want to give it out for rent. We are looking for a responsible and reliable person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money for the rent but want it to be clean at the time, and the person that will rent it to take it as if it were its own.Since we wouldnt even be moving to the house when we arrive, so we thought of renting it out to reliable person. So you can rent the place as long as it works with us. We intend renting from here as we would send the keys and paperworks to you, if we conclude.
This 2 bedroom apartment that is For Rent is located: Herengracht 625, 1017 CE Amsterdam Noord-Holland..
Flat Ammenities:
The rooms that are for rent has the following facilities,a small fridge in each room,a big freezer in the kitchen,it is also furnished,have a TV connected to a cablet and also a sound system all for your entertainment purpose,a big twin bed that sleeps two people conveniently, private entrance and exit,private toilet and bathroom,parking space, washer and drier, it is air-conditioned,my kitchen is fully equipped also coz i do alot of cooking and so i have microwave oven,gas cooker and so many for your heating and cooking needs.There is connection to internet via wireless and LAN and also Broadband as well for
your computing purpose, so you can come with your laptop or desktop if you have one.
Price for the room:
The two bedrooms i have for rent both have double sleeper twin bed and each room the price is 400Euros excluding utilities..
However,for utilities which includes: water,gas refill,electricity bill,laundry,parking space and internet charges as well and there are lots more which are not included amounts 50Euros including council tax as well So the total to pay monthly is about 450Euros including utilities charges.
Being a first timer in my flat, a security deposit of 600Euros from you as requested which is to serve as a guarantee of safety of my room either in my presence or absence, which is refundable at the end of your stay in the room if nothing was destroyed either by you or any of your guest who might come in the future. I can offer to rent for weeks if that's what you
want as a short rent. I can rent the room for a long term lease but I will prefer a 3 months contract and after which the contract is renewable monthly or for a longer period.
Immediately I confirm your interest and knowing some things about you, I shall send to you necessary details to prepare the tenancy lease contract necessary for your move in.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
