Thank you for your interest. My name is Fabien Cornu, owner of the unit . I am happy to let you know that my unit is available for a long and short term lease period. I set the monthly rent at 400 euro with all utility bills included ( water, gas, electricity, cable & Wi-Fi ) and I also require a security deposit 800 euro refundable after you move in the apartaments. It has all the necessary amenities such as cable TV,internet, air conditioning, own washer. Well behaved pets are allowed.
My father bought this place for me during my studies in the Espana, but now I'm back home ( Switzerland ) permanently, so I'm renting the place for an unlimited time. I'm building my live here so I won't disturb you and I will never ask you to leave the place. Since I am in Switzerland, I found a way to rent my unit safe and fast trough a company called www.Escrow.com , which will handle the rental agre my behalf. This won't affect you at all .arrangements will be on my expense.
Before we go any further, I would like to know a little something about you, how many persons will inhabit there , and for how long.

Well there is no problem to pay in advance the 12 months I mean 6000 euros,the security deposit is refundable after you move out in the apartment,if you are agree I wait your data and I can go to the company and I will deposit the keys and contract
As I mentioned in my previous email, I chose the company to take care of renting the flat. I have used this company in the past and I am very happy with them. You can inspect the flat in the presence of the rental agent, everything will be carried out in a safe manner and you need not to worry.The apartment is fully furnished.
This is how Escrow work :
1) I will make the delivery papers with Escrow.
2) After I will make the papers for delivery they will require for your payment confirmation of the first month and the guarantee deposit(1200€ + 4800 = 6000 €) to the company. Escrow will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody and the contract apartment.
3) After the payment is confirmed the delivery process will start and when you will receive the keys.
4) Escrow agent will call you in 2 days for meeting.
5) If you refuse to rent the apt , Escrow will give you a full refund .
