Thank you for your interest in my apartment located in Bandgasse 12 /3 /1,1070,Vienna, Austria. It has 3 rooms : 2 bedroom ,1 living room (95 m2).
I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Austria, but now she's back home permanently, so I'm renting the place for an unlimited period of time. The apartment is free, so you can move in anytime you want.
Before we go any further, I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, for how long, a little something about your job, hobbies, etc.
Regarding the apartment - everything is exactly like in the pictures - fully equipped with all the appliances you need, very clean and well kept. The utilities (heating, cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV , dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are included in the price of rent, you will also have a parking spot. Just in case repairs are needed during your stay, I will cover the costs, no worries.
The rent is 400 EUR per month, everything included. I will also need a security deposit of EUR 800, which you will receive back of course, when you decide to move out (please notify me at least 30 days before you decide to leave).
As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Austria, so we won't disturb you
The apartment can be rented furnished or if you want you can use your furniture and deposit mine in the storage unit.
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Maria Montero and I'm a 56 years old Deputy Director of CHAMBER OF COMMERCE from Barcelona/Spain, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a lovely husband - Luis, and a 25 year old daughter - Luisa. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to be a grandmother. Another member of our family is an 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so I have no problem if you will have pets.
The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allows me to leave Barcelona even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of their training.
But this won't affect our transaction at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Barcelona (on my expense of course).

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
