Pleased to virtually meet you (until you check in ).
Luckily the apartment in Amsterdam is still available for your requested dates . It was just listed on Airbnb and the calendar is still free for this season. The nightly rate is €200, and also €400 security deposit is required which is fully refundable on the check out date. You will not share the property with anyone but your group. Towels, bed linens, fast WIFI are included.
The place has 4 bedrooms with 4 king size beds.
If you would like to start the booking arrangements I would need the following info from your side, please do not make a booking request, I will take care of everything, so all you have to do is reply with the following information:
- Full Name of the person in charge of the trip (this person should be the same person who will handle the payment):
- Complete Address of that person:
- Cell phone number:
Can sleep up to 8 people.
I will need to make the request as I don t have the booking calendar updated on Airbnb and if you do it yourself it will be automatically declined.
Like any other transaction on Airbnb, they will handle payment and it will be released to me only after you check in. If everything is OK, please provide the requested information so I can initiate the booking on Airbnb.

We do have one more final thing to discuss before we request the invoice and initiate the booking process with Airbnb.
We manage and process our own bookings as we are a Airbnb approved property manager. The process is very similar, the difference is that we initiate the bookings directly from an admin panel available for us on Airbnb. We do this for a couple of reasons, like double-checking the guests with a simple google search or having the chance to double check the calendar, contacting the already confirmed guests that check out with a day before you check in and confirming their flight hour. This allows us to have everything in place and not get anything mixed up for any of the groups staying with us. As for your payment and security. It's absolutely the same as placing the booking on Airbnb by yourself. You get the same protection, coverage & 24 hour support.
On Airbnb you have a few approved payment options like credit card, paypal, or bank wire transfer.
We, as an Airbnb registered Property Manager, accept payments with Airbnb only via bank wire transfer.
We do not accept payments made with a credit card. Our recent experience with bookings completed using credit cards have brought us nothing but loses. We have opted-out any form of payment expect bank wire transfer trough Airbnb. The process is much safer for both you and me as the payment is guaranteed and secured by Airbnb.
This is the reason we ask that before we move forward with the booking please be sure that you are able to initiate the payment in the next 24 hours using bank wire transfer. Thank you for your understanding.
If it's not possible, we can wait and issue the invoice once you are ready.
