My name Is Cynthia Williams I am 27 years old from Australia.I am working with a local humanitarian organization here in Victoria on children with heart related dieseases.I will be coming to the United states by middle of month and i will need a room to stay in your city for the duration of my one year course programme.I will be happy to read from you for the proceedures and modalities of the room.please let me know what i must do to secure the room before my arrival and i will also love to see new pictures of the posted room...

How are you doing?hope you are having a wonderful day,Anyway i am so glad about the informations provided,and i will want you to know that i'm really interested in renting the place from you and i won't take any chance of losing it or whatsoever.i will pay you $30 to withdraw the advert from Craigslist site,as i will not want to lose it to another interested person.I' ve contacted my organization personnel manager and my boss that will be responsible for the payment and they are okay about it and has promised to make the payment out to you soonest.I also discuss with my boss that will sponsor me in everything about our conversation..I will also want to inform you that i will be shipping over some of needs like my computers,little of my bedroom furnitures and my car which i was given by the organization when i was promoted as Senior Humanitarian officer and my boss has promised to include the money for the shipment with the money for the rent fees,so as soon as the shippers came to deliver my things,you will help me to give them the remaining money at the point of there delivery after you may have deducted the money for the rent fees.Hope you can really understand this?i will really appreciate it if you can do this for me,please do get back to me with your decision so that my boss can get the payment send to you as soon as possible.Hope to read from you soon and will get in touch with you as soon as the payment has been issued and sent out to you.
