Thanks for your timely response, i can really appreciate your effort towards renting my apartment, i do hope you would be able to take good care of my apatment.Regarding the functionality of my apartment, i resided in this apartment with my self and my only daughter katrine before i secure a better job opportunity with a higher allowance which made me to relocate geographically from switzerland to the united kingdom (u.k) base on a platform of contract. I will be here for two (2) years and thats why my wife and i decided to rent out our apartment and i hope you wouldn't be sharing it with anybody else.In my apartment, you will be enjoying the following home utilities which you do not have to pay for as it has been included in the rentage fee only if there is damages made by you.These are High Broad-Band Internet facility, Electricity, Water, Satellite TV, Air conditioning, Clothes Dryer, Telephone, Hydro Washer, SO also a moer for sweeping of the entire apartment, packing space and an adequate Security.
I would have loved to make an agent handle this for me by giving the document and the keys to the house to him but i couldn't get a trust worthy one, all those i saw were more or less a fraudsters who are ready to side-line me, so thats why i decided to lock up my apartment and the keys are with me here in u.k with the intention of sending the keys down to any interested tenant at my own cost disadvantage and i think this is somehow sensible enough and would make me feel rest assured that the keys were been handled to the tenant directly.I want you to be rest assured that you would enjoy my apartment to the fullest and i want to beg of you to take good care of my apartment, so also i want you to treat and take good care of my property as if its your own, am not been particular about the renting fee but all i am hammering on is the apartment as i want it to always be clean and tidy so that when i come visiting, i would be able to commend your effort regarding the rate of cleaniness.
Attached is a copy of my brithish passport so you need not to fear and that you are in a safer hand and all will go fine as you would have wished.YOu need not to doubt thats why am sending you this vital document so that you can be rest assured.
All i will want you to do right now is to get back to me on how and what you feel in renting my apartment. I dont want you to have any doubt about the rentage of my apartment perhaps you might let me know your past experience about apartment rentage, for you to be rest assured, it made me upload the pictures of how the insight of my apartment looks like, your friend can go straight to the address i gave you, my apartment is located at Badenerstrasse 20, Zürich, 8004 Switzerland. This will give her the visibility of the apartment but she won't have full access to the insight of the house as it is under lock and key and am here with the keys.As mentioned in the previous mail, your monthly rent is just 650CHF while the security deposit is 750CHF. I want you to be rest assured that your security deposit will be refunded as soon as there is no damages in my apartment.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
