Thanks for getting back to me. I wouldn't want you to get me wrong, the idea of making a confirmation of your financial ability is not only my idea, my lawyer and i decided to use that process and i can't violate my lawyer procedure. However, i didn't ask you to transfer any money to me as long as you have not sign a contract neither have i taken you round my flat and i would have ask to send your bank statement or your pay slip but some prospective candidate had misused the opportunity in the past by sending fake document. All what i request of you is to transfer the deposit to yourself through the money gram agent , Sender name - your Name and address Receiver name - your Wife name and address in Dublin or my flat address.
once you've done that, you get back to me with a scan copy of the transfer receipt so that i can forward it to my lawyer to confirm if the transfer is valid.
After the confirmation might have been made, i will then 100% reserve the flat for you without any disappointment and when you arrive I can come pick you up if you want, then we drive down to the money gram post office and you pick up your money and pay for the rent and i promise to return the cost of the transfer without any deduction.
Kindly get back to me as soon as possible if my explanation is well understood.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
