Full description:
Urban Life am Main, in the nationally known Sachsenhausen district is the expression of a return to the benefits, not only to work in an international metropolis, but also to live. The existing infrastructure with kindergartens, schools, restaurants, shopping and cultural facilities complement this growing and modern district.

The skyline of Frankfurt recalls how close to downtown and lives at the Financial District without having to accept the disadvantages of a close proximity in purchasing.

The establishment of the European Central Bank (ECB) on the opposite side of the Main, which will connect not only by the existing bridges, but in the future also with an own footbridge the banks, evaluates this district, and thus also the location further on.

Transport:
- 15-minute drive to the Rhine-Main International Airport Frankfurt
- 5 minutes until the motorway connection to A661
- A short drive from the A3 and A5
- 2 bus stops directly at the roost
- S-Bahn and tram connections within walking distance

I will await your swift reply with the number of months you are interested in leasing my apartment so we can proceed with necessary documentation also when you plan on moving.

The apartment comprises separate fully tiled bathroom with bath and power shower.

Let me know if you have any other question to ask,

Kind Regards,
Fritz Lang

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
