We confirm that we have the keys in our possession and we are ready to send our agent so you can visit the apartment in order to decide if you want to rent it or not. To do so , we will ask you to deposit the money as guarantee in our bank account (see the attached document with the instructions). We will keep your money safe until the visit is over. You do not have any obligation to rent the apartment and we will not take you any fees or any hidden charges if you do not want to rent the apartment. If you will not like the apartment and you will not want to rent it we will refund your money just after the visit (our agent will make the online transfer of refund from his computer in your presence). All the charges are paid by the owner , in this case Mrs. Jennifer Drescher.
Mrs. Jennifer Drescher is our Verified Member , he passed our verification and we have also verified all the documents to confirm that he is the owner of the apartment.
