Thanks for the mail, i am so happy to let you know that the apartment is still very much available for rent.Here are some important information about the apartment.The apartment is very close to Eu. The apartment cost 400euro per month including all bills such as water, electricity, gas e.t.c plus 500euro for security deposit payment which is refundable while packing without any lost or damage of my properties.The apartment is located at 6 Rue des Confédérés, Near Schuman, Brussels, 1000 Belgium and it just about 1.2km distance to its metro station,the apartment spacious is about 80sqm and a room is about 30sqm, restaurant and public transport all around and it's 8mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Brussel.

Thanks for the mail,I am happy that you are interested in renting out my apartment.But presently am not available in Brussels for now as am presently in united kingdom to complete my work with vodafone company and am here with my family and my keys,That is the main reason why am renting out my apartment because i don't want my apartment to be dusty when i get back to BrusselsMy apartment is well furnished and well decorated with alot of facility such as:: Wireless internet facilities, Phone, TV,Microwave, Dish washer, washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Bathroom, Toilet, Bedroom, kitchen, utility room and the bills is included in the rent amount and also you will be using all the facility alone without sharing with anybody.
Whenever i travelled i make use of house agent or a friend of mine but they cheated alot on my tenant and my tenant complains alot about that,that is the reason why my lawyer advice me not to leave the keys again because i dont want my Apartment to be used anyhow in my absence.Please I want you to note that,I am a kind and honest man and also I spent alot of money on my property that I want to give you for rent,so I will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this Apartment and want you to treat it as your own,is that taken,it is not the money the main problem but want you to keep it tidy all the time so that I will be glad to see it neat when i came for a check up.I do that once in a while.I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word.
So I hope you can promise us to take very good care of our apartment.but all you need to do is to go straight to the address i sent you and view the apartment but i want you to have it in mind that you will not have full access into the apartment as it is locked and i am here with the keys.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
