We advise you to send the bank transfer online, using Home (Online) Banking, for a faster transaction and minimal fees.

a) If you decide to keep it, you will have to contact your host and finalize all the details. The payment will be sent to your host 48 hours after you've checked in into the location. Security deposit will be refunded to you by your host, at the end of the rental period.
b) If, by any chance, you decide to reject the apartment, you can send us the package back (free of charge) - the address will be on the back of the package - and we will refund your payment in full, the same day.
