Thanks for getting back with your interest, since you haven't found a place - In this email, you will know little about me and more details of the apartment. My name is Kalli Marie Savage 25years old lady. I am half British and Italian, I'm a graduate in Tourism. I decided to study in Frankfurt because my father works with the health organization in Germany and he want me to be close to him since am the only child and also Frankfurt is nice with beautiful places to explore. I am open to living with anyone, males ,females, couples, doesn't matter. I enjoy cooking..I am extremely clean, quiet and respectful, I am sensitive,intelligent, patient and caring.

The apartment 80sqm is fully equipped. It has two bathrooms with bathtub, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, living room with TV, Internet Wi-fi is available . The building is located on a nice street and is located directly in the historical Center of Frankfurt- Sachsenhausen-Nord. Most of the most important sights of Frankfurt are within easy walking distance. In addition, there are numerous shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. The connection is excellent, directly at the local station by bus (36,45,30), train and also tram (14,18,16,15) within a five minutes walk, also up to the Konstablerwache. You only need about a quarter of an hour. An Aldi and Rewe are three minutes away and also the Swiss road is within walking distance and within one minute one is on the Main for an excellent Joggingstecker;)

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. The caretaker is responsible if there's any damages in the apartment to repair and also as a security and also to give you the key of the room any time you want to move in since not in Frankfurt at the moment...As soon as you make the payment, you will email me back with the signed contract and also the scan copy of the payment receipt for confirmation , so i can sign aswell on the contract and email you back with the room receipt. You have to come along with the signed contract and the room receipt when coming to the apartment to move in... I will be at the apartment with the caretaker on the desired day you want to move in and if you can make the payment asap and send me the payment receipt for confirmation, I and the caretaker will be at the apartment to meet you anytime any day you want to drop the key, the caretaker can't just go to the apartment without any proof to show seriousness that you really want to rent the room because we already had a bad experienced about this before, we had an appointment with a tenant in the apartment, we waited for some hours and the tenant don't show up, whereas the tenant have other room she was interested, so i hope you understand.. i will be glad if all this can be done as soon as possible.
