The house is available for rent at the moment so you are free to move in as soon as you wish to...A Deposit of $800 (which happens to be the security deposit) is also required before moving in.....Feel free to call me for more information and arrangements on how to get the keys and other necessary documents delivered to you...The house will be available for rent for a period of 4 years so you have a choice of deciding how long you intend staying there...

We will be very happy to have you as our tenant and also we will like to thank you again for the informative reply as your personal data has been documented for further rental paperwork and reference purposes.
The move in cost is the Security Deposit $800 and the rent $850 which is a total of ($1650) and now that you have stated that you are really interested in the house, it is okay by us because you seem to be more eligible among our applicants that is why we are considering your interest and hope you are definitely going to take good care of the house which is our main concern.
My wife and I have decided to accept the move in cost payment so as we will be able to send you the keys and document for your move-in. Directly send the payment to me via Western union Money Transfer. This is important because the payment will be used for the fee of a postal delivery service to your location through FedEx, as the home delivery details will be forwarded to you in advance. Moreso, the payment has to be made to secure the house for yourself. So i will tell any other person contacting me that the house is already rented. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
