The rental fees is $750 per month including utilities for the whole of
the apartment ,I can rent the apartment to you either long term or short term. you can go and view the exterior and the area if you like it we will
proceed further to ship the keys and documents of the apartment to you.
I'm pretty sure you'd like the exterior and incase you wish to proceed further I can forward you the full interior pictures for you to have an idea how beautiful and spacious the inside looks and we can proceed to the application process

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company (see below).
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I have the keys and the documents here with me and I will be shipping it to you through FedEx courier service after processing your application form. impressed and can't stop having the feeling that my place will be well kept by you as promised, and more so something came to my mind and i felt it'll be better to discuss it with you. Well I’m sure I’ll have you wondering what it is...LOL. Anyways its not something serious, i just wanted to know if you could provide me with one or a couple of your picture so as for me to have an idea who my new tenant is and how you look like.
I'm willing to keep this as a means of recognition pending the time we'll meet as this will even make it easier for me to quickly identify you by the time i come for a visit in the nearest future. Also in the attachment you'd find a recent picture of me. I wish you all the best and good fortunes as you move into my apartment.
The total cost for you to move into the apartment is $1500 first and last month rent., You can pay $750 (first month rent) now and when you move in you will pay the last month rent or you can pay both if you have them now. I would be sending the apartment key's and documents to you via FedEx EXPRESS to the address you filled in the application form and the shipment tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track it to know the exact time the package will be delivered to you the next day. Below are the document I will be shipping to you once i have received the payment from you.

2) The apartment Documentary File.
3) Payment Receipt.
4) A Copy Of The Lease Agreement Form
