We are Eline and Petrus. Travel and holidays are a big part of our lives. We love the mountains and skiing and last year we moved to Haute Nendaz, Switzerland to open up a business in tourism. We own a chalet, which at the moment is our main source of income. It was pretty hard, we were very close to giving up but in the end we made it.
At first, the apartment was on sale. Being not very profitable and after further discussion with my husband we decided to rent it. The apartment's address is: Korte Promenade 41, 1315HM, Almere. The monthly rent is 680 euro with all utilities included. The apartment is furnished and equipped.
The minimum period for renting the apartment is 3 months up to maximum 5 years. Registration to the municipality is possible. We have written out of the municipality so you will register the house as a main tenant, a condition for getting housing allowance. We also have a storage place where you can deposit pieces of furniture so you can bring your own but please keep in mind that you can't store all the apartment's furniture there.
At the moment, it's impossible for both of us to personally show you the apartment due to our busy schedule and chalet administration but this is not a problem because we can use Homeaway's services. They handle rentals for people all over the world providing secure services for both tenants and hosts.

Hello again
I have attached a draft contract for you to read and to confirm if you want to add something up. The storage place is included in the monthly rent and it's about 16m2.
Let me inform you about the steps that we must follow in order to conclude the deal.
You will need to make the payment to Homeaway using bank transfer. The payment will be for 2 months (1 month deposit + 1 month of rent = 1360euro).
- To start the reservation I need your full name and address so I can know where to send the keys and the rental contract;
- As soon as I receive these details, I will inform Homeaway, in order to send the payment invoice;
- After you will receive the payment invoice, you have to make the payment to Homeaway. Your money will be in their custody until you will inspect the apartment;
- As soon as Homeaway confirms that the payment is in their custody, I will start the delivery of the keys and contract;
- Homeaway will release the money only with your approval and only after the apartment inspection. After the apartment inspection, you will have 24 hours (enough time) to decide whether you will rent the apartment or not.
If you agree, I wait for your e-mail with your full name and address and the period you are planning on renting the apartment.

As soon as Homeaway confirms that the payment is in their custody, I will start the shipping of the keys and contract at the address provided.
