The second payment represent last month of rent from contract. The delivery agent who will come to take the Lease Agreement will pay you the DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 285.00$ CAD back to you in the same day. This is just a legal measure because the standard lease agreement from Canada government it requires first and last month of rent from contract. Please note that if you don't want to rent the apartment both payments will be refunded to you within 24 hours including the payment fee that you paid for. The package will be delivered within 24 business hours after the transaction it's completed.
