Print these two files.
You will need to complete the payment using bank transfer from your own bank account to bank account listed on invoice.
Print these 2 pdf files using 100% zoom and using color printer and you will see exactly what you have to do.
After they receive the funds they will send me the notification for shipping so I can ship you the keys.
When you arrive at property you will have 3 days inspection. In this 3 days you take a decision if you want to stay there or no.
If you refuse the property you will receive full refund and contract is cancelled.
