Sorry for my late answer but yesterday I had a very hard day. I just came from UPS office. You can see that from this moment that you are my official tenant. I gave them the keys, the signed lease, a copy of my ID and a copy after the title of the property.
They said you will receive a notification by e-mail with details about payment and delivery.
Once your payment are verified, UPS agent will come and they will deliver the keys. The delivery takes 2-3 days to take. Also she will help you to inspect my apartment and sign the contract.
Please check all the folders of your email (inbox, bulk, spam) because the UPS agent told me that they already sent you the transaction rental bill.
So if you have a chance to arrange everything today, that will be great.
