I am looking for a trustworthy and responsible tenants that is going to be taking good care of my place while I'm away,and I will be trusting you that you are going to be taking good care of my place as I left it, so the place is for a long term,and also short term lease is also acceptable. The rent is $1,200 per monthly for the entire 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathrooms with the refundable security Deposit of $500 which include the utilities such as: Property amenities included, Central Heating,Gas,Refrigerator,Ironing Board,Good wireless internet Connection and Cable,Washing machine,Dishwasher,Microwave Oven,Television with Built-in DVD Player,Flat Screen,Coffee Maker,Double Sofa bed in Sitting Room,Dining Area,Hairdryer,Water/Sewer,Stove,Hydro,Electricity,A/C, Indoor & Outdoor packing,Laundry Facilities En Suite and Dryer, just to mention a few... Pet is also allowed, you are welcome with your pet if you have any...
Note that, The place is well fully furnished, but you can still bring your things along, as you can still rent the place unfurnished, if do you have your owned furniture, you can move in with all your furniture, and move my owned furniture into a storage, because I have a free space in the unit to move them in all, you just let me know what you have decided on this if you are going to rent the place furnished or unfurnished ?.
I will like you to tell me your experiences in renting, because I'm only interested in serious, neat,responsible and trustworthy person for my place, Also i like to know when you want to take possession of the place so that we can discuss further on how to get the place keys and all necessary documents to you from here in the Madrid Spain where I'm presently in...
If you are still really interested to rent,So that i can call my solicitor to arrange for lease agreement between me and you,and that is landlord and you as my new tenant,and please always be honest with me.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
