I want to apologize for the late answer but I had a busy day and I could not reply you earlier!
My name is Mette Pedersen, I have 51 years and from the internet add, I have available the apartment located in:Livjægergade 28, 2100 København Ø, Denmark.It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and have 130 m2 area.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

The apartment is ready for you, you will only have to receive the keys and contract to check it and see if you like it! The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, I hope it will be no problem for you.In order of that, as I told you, I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well.
The solution is provided by a company called UPS service, they handles rentals for people who are unable to resolve them alone (for people who have work contracts abroad, etc.), which will handle the payment and delivery of the Keys and I will pay for their services.I have received a lot of e-mail so I would like to know more details about you...your age, what's your occupation, this just to know us better, it is very important for me to know who will live in my apartment.
I think you can understand me...and finally I don't solicit deposit month!

I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen.You will only have to deposit to UPS Agent the money for rent 5 months (Dkk 21.000), so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract at your home.Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away.I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
- To start this transaction I will need the your name and address to proceed with the transaction and after that, I go to the UPS office and leave the Keys and contract in your name as the intended receiver.
- UPS will check the envelope to see if everything is in order and send you a payment invoice to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.
- After you will receive the payment invoice from UPS company, you need to go to make the first payment to name and address of UPS Agent.
- After the payment is made, you will receive the keys and contract in 2-3 hours max.After you can go with UPS Agent to check the apartment and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apartment or not.If you don't like the apartment they will send your money back and you will send them the keys and contract to return the package back to me on my expense.
If you agree then I must have all the shipping details so I will be able to make all the arrangements with UPS.
