They're back!

http://www.summerandwinterlettings.com/ is a scam.

They were operating as "summerandwinterflats.com" a couple of weeks ago. They shut it down for a few days and now they're back.

Total scam. Don't do it.

I'll send a report on them shortly and it should be down soon (might be some delay with the holidays)
