Keep the house organized and clean ;Loud music (or noise) is not allowed after 22h ;-Keep the doors locked after leaving the house ;- In case you lose the keys, please replace them before checking out;- If you break it, you pay it! Anything that was broken will have to be replaced by an identical item, of the same brand;-Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the apartment, only on the balcony.

Note: You will be getting your security deposit back on your departure day . Let me know if you get this and keenly interested in the apartment so to prepare your contract form and the details where you will be making your deposit via Bank payment . Should any problems arise on long term stays, guests will be given 5 days to find an alternative suitable location.

Sorry is not available for viewing cause we have occupant in there right now and we don't allow visitors invading into our clients privacy during their stay which is why we pasted the exact pictures of the interior on Craigslist. You can only go around and check out the Vicinity and environs while you get back at me if you are okay with it and keenly interested for booking process because you are to make your payment before your arrival to secure your date as we have lot of interests coming in and we have to be sure of the next occupant so to have it registered on our rentals menu list .

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
