Thanks again for your interest and I will also appreciate if you can tell me little about yourself. The rent of the apartment is €600 which includes all bills and also €650 for the refundable security deposit. This is non-negotiable.the apartment is available it all depends on how long you want to stay in it.
About viewing, what I will suggest as of now is if you don't mind is that I can ask my lawyer to deliver the keys to the apartment to you as am not around for now. Am away in the US for something very important to me and my family. Also, since I don't know your time schedule too I think that would be the best option right now. More so, am tired of tenants asking for viewing because for the past 2 months now, I have had several potential tenants show up for viewing and later turn out to just be waste of time and my resources so, I decided there on that there must be some sort of commitment from both parties if we are to get things done. However, all these is subject to both us in agreement with the terms and conditions set out in the Contract/Lease Agreement and for us to both Sign it.
About the rooms once again. All the rooms are en-suite so you have access to your own private bathroom/toilet while the living room and the kitchen are the common areas to be shared with your other flatmate. Also, each room as its own heating system. These are all put in place for your ultimate comfort and there is a private park. Our guest policy is flexible, you can receive guest at will but you must put in a written notice if any of your guest will be staying for more than two weeks. Pets are allowed so far you will be 100% responsible for them and you will be able to clean up time to time.
So, if you are interested in making reservation/booking, do let me know as soon as possible so I can ask my lawyer to prepare the necessary documents so I can forward them to you. Payment is via a Bank Transfer or MoneyGram because it's secure, fast and reliable. There is no agent involved in this. If you wish to proceed on the reservation/booking by signing the Contract/Tenancy agreement form and the payment of the first months rent and deposit. Here are the details required from you:

*current address,
*move in date,
*duration of stay in the apartment
*and a scanned copy of your international passport or any form of Identification.
