The rent is 260 euro and the price included all the bills, but first month you have to pay 520 euro for deposit.
After I finish the transaction with Airbnb they will send you the shipping confirmation , in that shipping confirmation you will see the payment details , you have to deposit the money first and after that Airbnb agent will come to your address with the package in maximum 48 hours after you make the transfer . Airbnb hold the money until you check the apartment .
After you check the apartment you have to decide and contact Airbnb and tell them if you keep the apartment or not ? If you keep the apartment Airbnb will transfer the money to me, if you don`t keep the apartment they will return the money back to you.
If you agree this way please send me your name and address to start the shipping transaction .
