Thanks for your email and interest in renting my house. I am Deborah M Beisner ,the owner of the house you are making inquiry of. Actually I did reside in the house with my family, my wife and my only daughter before and presently we have moved out due to my official job transfer for a missionary work of God. Presently my house is still available for rent for $1000 USD per month and $1000 refundable security deposit(which includes all utilities), though i wanted to sell the house but my wife suggest i rent it out to whoever that is ready to occupy it, So i will know longer sell it but make sure you a very good care of the house OK. My family and i will staying here for good 5 to 6 years so you are to stay as long as you can.I will love to have showed you round the place and the inside, but am sorry we are presently out of town. My wife is one of the coordinator of United State Missionary Organization now she advised me to rent/lease our property because she was posted to Western Africa Countries (Nigeria) by the United State Christian Organization for (Worldwide Missionary Outreach)
I want you to understand that I spent a lot on my property that you have requested to rent, so I will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this house and would want you to treat it as your own because cleanliness they say is next to Godliness. It is not all about the money to be paid on rent or spent; it is all about a good maintenance culture which I want you to adopt on the property. I want you to keep it tidy all the time so that I would be full of smiles whenever I come and above all, a good, strong and tight relationship between us when I come for a check up. Please one more thing, I wouldn’t like to have any benefit of trust in you because I want to stand in your words that the property would be well taken care of all the time.
I believe you have see how lovely it is if from only the pictures you saw in my posting compare to the 100% comfort to be derived from it as an occupant. Please note than you will only be able to drive by the house for now but can't have a look at the interior until i have sent the keys and documents of the house to you. Reason because, i couldn't find someone trust worthy to drop the keys with as my call down here was so sudden. I do hope you understand.
I must let you know we are GOD fearing family and we are doing this base on trust and GODS own guardians and pray this work out as planned.We intend sending the keys and the house documents Via shipping mailing services to the address you will provided to us.And also you will be using western union money transfer to pay your security deposit and first month rent until we are able to open an account where the rent should be paid into.
It has a Lovely home in a nice neighborhood, is known for excellent schools easy access to Public transportation. the Bedroom house is equipped with everything you can need for your stay: fully equipped kitchen, Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas Range,Dishwasher,Garbage Disposal,Hood Over Range,Granite Counter,Available,washing machine..... Bedrooms, bath.. And large living room with appliances including in-suite washer and dryer,electric heating,Wall Furnaces.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
