I'm the owner, the apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, is
fully furnished, finished with all the high grade finishings, sunny
and very spacious.. when you'll come into this apartment, you're
welcomed by tons of natural light, an open living area and chef's
kitchen, with all facilities/utilities; ( dishwasher, refrigerator,
stove, oven, juice machine, iron, toaster, coffee maker, microwave,
vacuum cleaner, central air, stainless steel appliances ).

NOTE*** I have the option of sending all the furniture into storage
room, if you have your furniture, because I'll contact a removals
company, no extra costs!


Now comes the exciting part!

- You can rent it for short term, can be month to month ( minimum
stay 3 month ) or long term ( maximum stay 6 years ).
- The rent is for the entire apartment, $887/month, all-inclusive; (
gas, water, cable, telephone, electricity, wireless/Internet, 2
parking spaces, in-suite washer/dryer and 1 storage unit to store
extra stuff ).
- The price will not increase monthly, it will remain the same for
the whole period that the contract will be signed for.
- If you have pets, no issue, as long as you'll make clean up after them!

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

This rental scammer also wants you to place fake rental ads on Kijiji and other ad sites.

I inherited this apartment from him when he past away, after that it has been totally updated and renovated, it looks exactly like in the pictures.
I'm originally from Canada, we thought about moving there, we tried several times to transfer our jobs, but unfortunately the things didn't work the way we've expected. I like it there, but our life is here now, in London-UK, so we decided to rent it and keep this beautiful apartment for our boys, when they will grow up.


This is the second time I tried to rent the apartment, I had a deal with somebody before who said he will rent it if I come back.. I got a plane ticket, and guess what?! When I arrived there, he didn't show up ...many people make promises and tend to not follow through.
I'm just looking to find a good person to take good care of my apartment, because I'm not looking to make a profit and this will work to your advantage, making payments extremely easy from month to month. I'm a caring person who believes in taking good care of things.


I just talked with my wife and we agreed that everything must be discussed face to face, so I wait patiently for your response and hopefully a time we could meet this weekend to view the apartment and discuss any details or concerns we may have to begin a good honest tenant/landlord relationship.

I'll give you the opportunity to inspect personally everything, but if you find something that will not suit you, NO need to rent it, flying for a viewing there will be no pressure for you to take the apartment, because I have a lot of work there with my wife's apartment, too.


My wife, also, has her apartment that try to give it to rent and I'd like to find a proper tenant until this weekend, too, but apparently I can't post an announcement on Kijiji from here, so I have one small request from you and I would appreciate if you could help me.
