"Glad to read from you am ready to meet you for the viewing but i will need a prove from you that you are serious and capable in renting my property I will need a proof of your seriousness and your capability in renting my property before i can meet you for the viewing cause i have been fooled many times by some tenants who pretended to rent my property most especially student cause most student on here are not serious in renting a property and you can imagine i came all the way from Liverpool to come over here and arrange a viewing to a couple on here but on getting here the couple are not capable of paying the agreed rent and deposit and not even serious in renting my property and we have shared mail within ourselves about my property and told me i should come down for the viewing that there is money available for the property but on getting here they are not serious and capable an they later turn to be a time waster and it is written in the bible that what goes around comes around.
So since then i have suggest that i will need a proof of seriousness and capability in renting my property cause i don't want my time to be waste and i will also need to know there money available for my property before i come down for the viewing.

Hello kettyfish, it sounds like this scammer is trying to justify requesting payment before showing the "apartment" to the victim.

Will you please post up how this scammer contacted you so others can benefit from your insight. Thank you.
