A gang of flat rental scammers in London we know well here are using the above reference number to channel stolen funds to an account they have established, so I thought I'd flag it up that whenever you are asked to quote this number on any payment for a flat rental - it's a scam.
This is very industrious gang and this ploy has already been used many times. I'm going to submit a report to the authorities in an attempt to get the whole scheme shut down, but in the mean time don't send them any money.
