Thanks for getting back so quickly. Right now I realized that I forget to introduce myself in my first email. A little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better:
My name is Sanz Schevernels Felipe, I was born in Spain and I'm 41 years old. I studied Aeronautical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. Currently, I work as Aeronautical Engineer at CT Ingenieros in Barcelona.
My parents emigrated in Germany long time ago and they bought the apartment for themselves. This year, they decided to move back in Spain to spend the rest of their life. They have donated me the apartment from Germany, but I will never move there, so I decided to rent to somebody for a longer period.
I discussed with an international real estate agency and I decided to use them for our transaction. The agency will provide assistance in handling the payment and delivery of of the keys and the contract. With this procedure you will be able to check the apartment before I receive the payment.

Here is another one of the same scammers I have seen here. Just found out in the last week when my son saw this while looking for an apartment and thought it was great value. Luckily, I checked it out.

I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in Ladyswell, Lough Atalia Road Apartment 07, Galway City, Co. Galway

I worked in Ireland in the last 5 years and bought this apartment during my staying in Ireland.
I'm renting the place for unlimited time but right now the flat is inhabited and will be available from 14 August Before we go any further I would like to know more about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the place, for how long?
The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 800 Euro/month. "security deposit" is also 800 Euro. And you get it back, when you decide to leave from the apartment
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated storeroom, where you can put my furniture.

The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave of Switzerland where I am now even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of their training. But this won't affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent you the apartment from here.
