The following documents are here with me as i couldn't find anyone whom i could trust to drop them with for this purpose. But never mind, FedEx next day delivery service will do for that. In doing this, you will need to make a security deposit payment which is refundable (should in case you don't like the apartment) to enable the shipment of the Keys and document to your current address, after which you could move in at your convenience. The rent starts counting after 24 hours of moving in ok.
Rent:-300p per month
Bond Deposit :- 150p {Refundable when leaving the apartment}
Here are the contents of the document that needs to be sent.
1) Entrance and the Rooms Keys
2) Full Description of the apartment
3) Payment Receipt
NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IN CASE YOU DON'T LIKE THE APARTMENT.
Also,all the documents of my house will be sent to you as soon as you agreed with terms. So please do get back to me so that i will let know the next step to take concerning the payment. Rent already includes utilities so you do not have to pay extra charges for that ok.Utilities include: power, water,sewer and trash etc.i will go ahead and commence on how the House Keys/Documents will be delivered to you and i will ensure that i book for the 24 hours FedEx next day delivery service as to enable you receive it on time and as scheduled. The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
