let us know. Reservation will be automatically extended for an unlimited period when we receive your
payment, under the contract.

Your payment is confirmed within 72 hours after we receive the receipt of your bank and a confirmation
email will be sent to you. Our next step will be sending the keys to our agents from Sweden. You will be
contacted by phone, they show and give you the apartment keys and sign the final contract. Inspection
period is 5 days. If the apartment is not as you expected, we refund your money within 24 hours.
RE/MAX will hold your payment until we receive the confirmation from you that you are pleased with the
property. After receiving your confirmation we will release your payment to the owner and it will be
considered first month paid in advance including your security deposit.
Our main and constant priority is the safety of our customers. When payment is received, it will be verified
and secured into a non-interest bearing trust account. Transactions, payments and personal information
are considered confidential and will not be released under any circumstances.
