see the place now but picture will be okay the most important thing to
me is your location it really works for me, I could have love to call
you but i don't have international calling plan but i will try to get

A cheque is sent for the deposit but it will be for more than the amount due.
You will be asked to send the overpayment to the shipper by money transfer such as Western Union
The cheque is fraudulent. Even if the bank tells you that it has cleared, they will eventually find that it is a fraud and you will be liable for any losses.

enjoy my stay there with you,i don't know my arrival date yet but will
get back to you with my flight itinerary when i get it so you will
know the exact time i will be arriving.I already ordered for a car and
few furniture i will be using when i get there..Concerning the
payment,I have a financier in the state that will be handling the rent
deposit payment on my behalf,i will instruct him to make the payment
for you as soon as you give me the go ahead to make payment to
you.Kindly get back to me with your full name,contact address and your
cell phone number so that the check can be sent to you and you can get
it on time.This will give me strong prove that the room will be hold
for me because i don't want to loose the place in anyway....cant wait

Good day,How are you doing i hope you are doing good, I will attach my
flight itinerary in the next email so that you can know the exact time
and date i will arrive next week ,Also i will like to know if you can
pick me up at the air port on my arrival because this is my first time
of coming to the state and i don't know anybody.As regards my
furniture and my car,i plan to have them delivered to the house before
my arrival so that i can settle in comfortably also i'm paying more
and more for having my items with the Company (demo rage),you can
understand that transiting cross Atlantic is not easy so i am making
arrangement with the furniture company to deliver some furniture and
the car before my arrival this week after you have gotten the rent and
security deposit . I will ask you for a favor here,can i rely on you
to take delivery of my furniture and the car for me when they are
delivered.I will instruct the furniture company to contact you to
schedule a delivery time that will be convenient for you to receive
the items for me .As you will be handling the delivery of the items
with the rent and deposit that will be sent to you so that you can
help me to make the payment when they are delivered.I will really
appreciate if you can do this for me and promise to compensate you
adequately for your time and efforts on my arrival in your place.hope
