Rental scammer - Luigi Farronato [email protected]

I'm in Dublin - I googled this because it seemed sketchy and the place was too good to be true, and found the same email on this site with a different name. I also did a reverse search with the pictures of the apartment and they turned up in an add for an apartment in Bucharest.

At this moment I'm in Italy and can not be present to deal face to face. I come to Ireland every 6 months for 3 or 4 days and if you rent the apartment i will stay to a hotel.
I can make arrangements to rent the apartment through Airbnb ( airbnb.com ) which is an international company dealing specifically in rentals apartments, I used it in the past and I was very pleased for their services.

Airbnb will ask you to make the payment for the fist month of rent plus security deposit. They will hold and insure your money until you check the apartment and decide if you want to rent it or not. I don't have any access to the money until you view the apartment and sign the contract. I'm quite confident you will like the apartment, but if by any reason you would like to cancel the transaction or you don't like the apartment, Airbnb will refund your money. Airbnb requests payment for the first month of rent in advance to be sure that the client really has the intention of renting the property.

I would suggest to open the Airbnb website and read their policy to better understand the process.

Once I have these details, I will proceed with the transaction and make all the arrangements with Airbnb. You will receive an invoice and further information regarding the rental, along with payment instructions to secure the booking. After you secure the booking, an inspection time will be settled and you will receive the keys so you can inspect the apartment and move in.

This Scammer will arrange to send you an Invoice -- Make no mistake, the Invoice will be fake !
