Its a spacious and lovely 1-bedroom 1 bathroom unfurnished apartment with utilities included and pets are allowed. I want you to know that i spent a lot on my property that you are interested in renting, so I will solicit for your absolute maintenance of the apartment and I would want you to treat it as your own, I would like you to keep it tidy always and I also want you to let me have trust in you as I always stand on my word. The rental fees is $650 per month including utilities and the deposit payment of $325.

I know you will be wondering why the rent is so cheap. Well I am not after the money, what am after is the welfare of my property. I will like you to drive by to the building today to view the exterior of the building for you to know where the apartment is located and get back to me so that I can forward you the full interior pictures so you can have an idea of how beautiful and spacious the inside looks and we can proceed to the application process.

"Thanks for your interest in my apartment. The apartment is available for rent immediately and it is also available for either long term or short term lease. I will be here in London for 4 years because i just got a permanent job here so the place is available for rent for as long as you want. The building is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access. Internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric and parking for 1 car is included in the rent and pet are allowed.

Actually I tried to look for an agent that I could give the document & the keys before I left but could not find any as a matter of urgency. And I don't want home misused in my absence that is why I took the keys and documents along with me so kindly bear with me for not been able to come down and physically show you the inside of the apartment and hope you will promise me to take very good care of the apartment always.

Thank you for this post. I received verbatim emails under the name Donald Albert ([email protected]). Of course once he mentioned he was out of the country and I could not meet with him I realized it was a scam and fortunately found this thread to confirm that. I just wanted to share the third email I received from him this morning with the "rental application."


"Glad to hear that you are willing to proceed with the rental. I have read your email and i am more than certain that you will be a very good tenant to rent my home and i have no doubt that you will treat it with great respect.

I have the keys and the documents here with me and I will be shipping it to you through DHL courier service ( NEXT DAY DELIVERY) after processing your application form and finalizing the arrangement. below is the rental application form with final question that you must answer to qualify for the rent, i want you to fill the form and e-mail it back to me asap. Once i received the filled copy of the rental application form, I will have it processed and
once that is done i will email you back with approval on the rent and arrangement on how the keys and documents will be shipped through DHL courier service (Next Day Delivery). The payment will be made via western union money transfer. My number + 447024088918 i can be reached any time.
