Just encountered Berman Exposito operating in Brussels - does as you say. Very sophisticated fake airbnb set up who tried to get to wire money to a bank in Italy - I almost did, too.

We bought this apartment for our family's personal use, but now we are back home permanently in Germany, so we are trying to rent it.
