In the subsequent correspondence "Dr. Jonathan Moore" proposed to use AirBnb escrew account for payment of 3x monthly rent. I continued the correspondence but didn't pay as he refused to email a document evidencing the legal ownership of the apartment. I wonder, if the scammers can operate under AirBnb cover. -The scam attempt of Ryan Dalhof was was more clumsy; he asked transfering money to a person in Ukraine. - These two announcements were on Lisbon.craiglist.pt. together with other five lucrative announcements.

Hi,
The apartment is still available for rent. It`s nice, clean, quiet neighborhood and has all the facilities and utilities that a person may need: fitted kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, bathroom, dishwasher, laundry service, washing machine, air conditioner. Pets are allowed in the flat. There`s also parking available.
The monthly rent for the entire apartment is EUR 580 with all utilities included (heat, electricity, water, WiFi).
The apartment address is: Rua da Voz do Operário, Graça Lisbon.
