This person is advertising her (non-existing) apartments on various sites. Payment is requested through Western Union. The telephone number of the tenant in the UK is a +4470 telephone number, which is a redirect follow-me number. Basically it is a number which transfers calls to anywhere in the world while appearing to be in the UK. It is a scammer's favourite tool. Even though she says the apartment can be visited, a problem will occur at the last minute so you can't actually view it.

Thanks for the interest you have in renting our apartment on 212 E 47th St New York,NY 10017..I apologize for the delay in responds..The building is a 35 story (L'Ecole ) and the apartment is on 10th floor with windows facing east 47th street (north) between 2nd and 3rd Avenue,-Floor Area: * 1000 sq ft.The Turtle Bay location offers easy access to cross-town bus service, as well as close proximity to Grand Central Terminal and Penn station to the west and the United Nations complex a couple of blocks to the east,It a walking distance to Times Square,BBC Sale building,Theater district, Port Authority, Greyhound station, TKTS, Marriott Marqui and NY City public transportation..You can call us on 216-744-7713

Our vacation apartment will be available for you to rent for your requested date of January 16th through February 5th 2011,20-Nights=$1400.The rate is ( $70 a Night for the whole apartment).It is NOT SHARED just you and your guests alone in the apartment( sleep 1-4 people).If you are really interested in the apartment,you need to make a down payment to reserve the Apartment for your chosen dates.

It's great to read from you again and thanks for you interest in the apartment.The apartment is available for you to view,let me know when it will be convenient for your friend to come,so that i can instruct the doorman to attend to him..Please,If you want us to proceed to payment we have to assure your security and guarantee your safety during your stay in the apartment, by sending you a Booking agreement form as soon as you instruct us to send it.You need to fill the booking agreement form correctly and send it back to me via email along with a scan copy of your I.D for proper recognition and security documentation by our lawyer, when you arrive here at NYC.

When you are done with the process of the booking agreement form and scan copy of your I.D,then we can proceed to payment.Our method of payment is through Western union money transfer. When we confirm your payment we shall have your receipt emailed to you right away for safe keeping till when you arrive here at NYC.
