The Single room is still available available and the single room is 300 pounds per month with 600 pounds security deposit and the security deposit is a refundable fee that shall be refunded back to you and you will start paying me for the flat when you arrive here.
You seems very lucky to send me this mail earlier cause i have already arranged with a personnel here in London who wanted to rent my apartment for 4month but the only problem i have with him is that he said he will smokes within my flat which is prohibited.
Am willing to reserve the flat for you till you arrive but you will need to follow the terms and condition on how to reserve my flat and reserve it today or tomorrow morning cause when i read your mail over and over...... you seems to be the kind of person that i want in my flat.
But i do not receive money in advance for my flat unless you arrive here, if you want me to keep my flat for you will you arrive then you will need to reserve it.
THIS IS HOW TO RESERVE MY FLAT
below i explain for you how you will reserve my flat for yourself without paying me any money in advance..
You will need to ask your Parent or Friend in Germany to help you secure the money for the Security deposit and 1month rent to your name today or tomorrow morning and you send me the Paper proof..
This is what your parent or friend will need to do to help you secure the money to your name:
Your parent or friend will need to go to the Post office close to them and when they gets there... your parent will ask of the Western union agency and they will tell the agency that they want to transfer money to your name in London and the agency will give your parent the transfer slip to fill and inside the slip.... this is what your parent will write inside the slip.
SENDER'S NAME: YOUR PARENT OR FRIEND'S NAME
RECEIVER OF MONEY NAME: YOUR NAME
SENDER'S ADDRESS: YOUR PRESENT ADDRESS
RECEIVER'S ADDRESS: LONDON
AMOUNT: SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH 1 MONTH RENT
once this is done.. the western union agency will give your parent a confirmation paper proof and you will need to scan and send it to my email so that i can verify it
I shall contact the agency here to confirm if any money was secured to your name by your parent or friend that you were suppose to come and pick up when you arrive here and once the agency confirmed it to me that the confirmation paper is valid and original then i shall send you the reservation receipt of my flat which you will need to bring along with you when you are coming to London for viewing.
Since your name is the Receiver's name then you are the one that will pick up the money once you have seen my flat and pay me in cash when you want to move in.
About the transfer charge...i shall refund the transfer charge back to you on when you come for viewing or you can deduct it from the rent if you wish...ok
I waits for your containing the receipt tomorrow morning if you are truly serious about my flat so that i can be able to send you the reservation receipt by Tomorrow Evening.
NB: I advise you to reserve my flat as soon as possible if you are truly interested in keeping it for yourself cause once you have reserved it then i shall be able to keep the room for you till you arrive here cause many people are already asking about it and if you are fast to reserve it then its yours.
The Western union agency will try and questioned your parent to confirm where they want to send the money and tell your parent to inform the agency that you are already in London to withdraw your money yourself cause if the agency confirmed that you are still in Germany then the agency will ask extra money from your parent..........ok
The contract shall be provided to you upon your arrival....

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
