Hello. My asking price is GBP 600 per month + bills and council taxes estimated at GBP 100. I am requesting only 1 month of rent as deposit (GBP 700).
The apartment is very clean and I want to rent it to someone who will be careful and thoughtful.
Just to mention few, it include
Central Heating, Refrigerator, Ironing Board, Good wireless internet Connection, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Television with Built-in DVD Player, Coffee Maker, Double Sofabed in Sitting Room, Dining Area, Hairdryer, Internet connection, phone, washing machine with dryer, cable TV and most important a parking place.
I am working in Spain and I am here with my family. For viewing the best would be to reach an agreement and fix a date when I came back in country.
As being very busy with my work, time is very important for me, in conclusion no free time to waste. Before booking my plane tickets I would like to be certain about your rent intentions.
If there are any questions please feel free and ask me.
I would also like to know how many persons will occupy the apartment and for how long would like to sign the rent contract. (any pets cats or dogs)
Waiting for your response !

Hello ,

I can come anytime to show the flat to you, but first of all I need to be sure that all is serious !
Last week I was there in London
to meet a potential client and when I got there nobody answered any of
my calls.
I even paid GBP 320 for the plane ticket and trust me I
don't wish to happen this again.
Please email me fast so we can
decide on how to proceed further !

Please call me here to discuss 0034 698 660 846

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, a friend or family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
